Please check tickets as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. No money refunded or tickets exchanged except in the event of the show/event being cancelled, in which case only the face value may be refunded. If an event is postponed customers may attend the re-scheduled event, or choose a refund at the Face Value of the ticket purchased, or accept a credit note for the amount they have spent to be exchanged against the face value of tickets for any other event sold by Ticket4-you.com.
When booking tickets please make sure you only click on the buy tickets button once, we can not refund customers who make multiple bookings through their own negligence.
UPGRADES/DOWNGRADESTicket4-you.com reserve the right to upgrade tickets free of charge, to downgrade tickets with a partial refund and in exceptional cases to cancel tickets with a full refund, (Including any delivery charges incurred by the customer).
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: All tickets are sold at booking fee, however in the case of sell out events we usually pay premiums for tickets which will be reflected in the price.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. All tickets will be dispatched via registered post or delivered by hand.
