The Good, The Bad and The Queen is a new project from Britpop renaissance man Damon Albarn. He decided to bring together two musical legends in Paul Simonon of The Clash and Tony Allen of Fela Kuti and one of the most exciting drummers in the world. The line-up is completed by ex-Verve man Simon Tong and their album, which has been produced by Dangermouse, is due for release in 2007. The music from The Good, The Bad and The Queen will be played for the first time in its entirety at the Electric Proms.
